5D car mats in Dubai
“5D” is not marketing geometry — it's the difference between a flat sheet and a tray. The mat is cut to your car's floor shape, then walls rise on every side and wrap the sills, so beach sand, AC condensation and spilled karak stay inside the mat. Flat universal mats push all of it under the seats.
Honest bit: we don't stock 5D yet — a line joins our catalogue only when it passes our quality bar. If what you actually want is sand and water off the carpet, the custom-cut EVA set does that job today; if you want the interior look, Polyamide 12mm, Sky Star 20mm or Premium Wool.

5D tray vs a measured EVA or polyamide set in UAE heat
A 5D mat is a laminated tray: a sheet of XPE foam wrapped in PVC leather, stitched around the edge and heat-formed with low walls. A car parked in the sun in the UAE reaches 60–70°C inside. At that temperature the PVC skin releases plasticisers — that is the smell — and heat cycling works on the glue between skin and foam, so walls slump and corners lift.
A measured set is one material, cut to the pattern of your car and edged in stitched leather: EVA, polyamide or wool, with no foam core, no PVC skin and no glued laminate, so there is nothing to off-gas and nothing to separate over a summer. One honest line: a tray has walls and a measured set does not. If a raised lip is your priority, a moulded TPE tray for your model is the better tool.

What does 5D mean in car mats?
A 5D mat is cut to the floor's 3D shape and adds raised walls on all sides plus wrapped edges — five surfaces of protection instead of a flat sheet. Sand, water and spills stay inside the mat.
Do you sell 5D mats?
Not yet — we add a line only when it passes our quality bar, and 5D hasn't. If the job is keeping sand and water off the carpet, our custom-cut EVA set does that today for AED 250 — the honeycomb cells hold it below foot level.
