What happens at the car.
- You see the samples on your own seats, in your own light, and pick the colour there.
- The pattern is taken on the car in about fifteen minutes, so the set is cut to your floor and not to a guess.
- You hear the price before anything is cut. It is the same number you were given in the chat.
- Nothing is owed for the visit, whether you order or not.
Then it goes like this.
- You send the request. It lands in our WhatsApp with your car, the map pin and the time you prefer.
- We call to confirm. Within our hours, 9:00–21:00, seven days. We agree the slot and the exact meeting point. Nothing is booked until that call.
- We come and measure. Samples in hand, pattern off your car, price confirmed on the spot.
- We cut, fit and you pay. A deposit holds the price and the slot, the balance when the mats are in the car.
